After months of pre- speculation concerning ‘s Manchester City future, the dust has finally settled.

The talismanic Argentine forward will join Atletico Madrid on a $104 million deal, a record sale for the Premier League side. Alvarez allegedly rejected a move to PSG, which offered to double his salary.

The industrious Argentine “Spider” contributed 19 in 54 matches for the Sky Blues last season. But his secondary status behind goal machine Erling Haaland pushed him for the exit.
