He’s an enigma, Cole Palmer. But he’s also incredibly authentic and efficient, making him hard to pin down on and off the pitch. The Chelsea star already has six goals and five assists in eight Premier League matches this campaign. His stellar performances have doubled his market value to $96 million. But just exactly how “cool” is Cole Palmer with his expenses? Let’s examine how Cole Palmer spends some of that hard-earned cash.
22-year-old Palmer made a controversial transfer to Chelsea in September 2023 for $50 million. You think genius Pep Guardiola would’ve kept the kid who joined City as an eight-year-old and captained the U-18s during the 2019-20 season. But even the Spaniard could have never guessed of Palmer’s self-belief and instant “ice-cold” aura at Chelsea. In moving to West London, Palmer instantly quintupled his salary, going from $700k at City to $3.9 million.
Cole’s incredible car collection
When it comes to cars, the 2023/24 England player of the year keeps it classy. He owns a blue $230k Lamborghini Urus.
The supercar is the Italian brand’s first venture into the world of SUV cars. Chelsea fans have witnessed the attacking midfielder driving to grueling training sessions in the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine-powered ride.
The Lamborghini is an upgrade from what Palmer drove at City: an A-class Mercedes and a BMW i4. The nimble, practical Mercedes car goes for around $40,000, and the Beamer prices at $86,000, far more affordable for Palmer’s City’s “paltry” wages. The all-powerful and prestigious Lamborghini upgrade at Chelsea is, therefore, a statement of intent, especially since the days of driving his $25,000 Volkswagen Polo at City.
Exploring Palmer’s Chelsea crib
Palmer is making sure he gets ample rest off the pitch in his quiet and exclusive 7,000-square-foot mansion in the affluent area of Moles Hill, Oxshott.
The six-bathroom and four-bedroom estate are more than enough space to accommodate his girlfriend and personal cook. But truth be told, the young man is a video game aficionado and probably spends most of his time in his mancave. The game room features the complete setup of a 4k TV, multiple Playstation setups for Call of Duty and EA Sports FC, plus foosball, air hockey, and ping pong tables. He likely hits the fully equipped gym room in between.
Palmer also bought his parents a $4.8 million house in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, back in Manchester. The house includes a helicopter pad, making it easy for Palmer to move between his London pad and his parents’ house.
Palmer’s cold bling
The Euro 2024 standout was spotted wearing a Rolex watch at the England camp last summer. The exact model is a highly bespoke 40mm Rolex Daytona Cosmograph. Palmer iced up the watch with platinum diamonds as only he would, making the timepiece worth at least $80,000.
The $158k per week footballer is no stranger to fashion as well. In addition to staring in a bizarre ‘It’s Always Burberry Weather‘ campaign, the player is also an ambassador for Menswear brand boohooMan and Nike.
Cole Jermaine Palmer, the calm and “shivering” sensation, is as cool as the other side of the pillow.
