Real Madrid legend Karim Benzema has long been one of the world’s most recognizable footballers, and his financial portfolio is every bit as elite.

Karim Benzema owns an impressive portfolio of luxury homes. His Madrid mansion, worth around $5.5 million, is located in the upscale La Finca district, west of the city center.
Amenities include a boxing gym, sauna, Turkish bath, an outdoor pool, and an expansive garden. There’s a dedicated trophy room lined with replicas of all the major titles he’s won, including five Champions League trophies and multiple La Liga medals.

The house has unfortunately been the target of multiple burglaries, with reports indicating more than $20,000 worth of valuables were stolen.

In recent months, he’s continued adding to that collection. Benzema now owns a pair of BMW M5s, one of them a Competition model worth around $160,000, delivering over 700 horsepower in a sleek four-door shell. He also splurged on Ferrari’s first SUV, the Purosangue, which blends V12 power with luxury and utility at an estimated $400,000 price tag.

The former Madrid forward showed up to his Ballon d’Or ceremony wearing a $537,000 Richard Mille RM 65-01, a piece that represents only a fraction of his estimated $4 million watch collection.
Benzema owns a $26,000 left-handed Rolex GMT-Master II “Destro” in stainless steel with a green and black bezel. He also flaunts a $300,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar 26579 with a ceramic bracelet and blue dial.
Other highlights include the $170,000 Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5968A, a $36,000 yellow-gold Rolex Day-Date 36, and one of his most extravagant pieces, the $700,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15412BC in frosted gold with a skeletonized double balance wheel.

At the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, Benzema debuted a white gold Patek Philippe Nautilus 5976/1G. The piece is an anniversary edition celebrating 40 years of the iconic sports luxury watch.
