Things just keep getting better for Real Madrid fans. The club is on the verge of its 36th La Liga title and another Champions League final. Meanwhile, the emerging announcement about Kylian Mbappe‘s signing is looming, especially with word that the Frenchman is buying a house in Madrid.
But it’s not just any house. The 25-year-old striker is finalizing the purchase of Sergio Ramos‘ former mansion in Madrid for nearly $20 million. The property (view map) spans 10,800 square feet on nearly four acres of land and includes cutting-edge facilities: a gym, pool, and garden, along with all the safety amenities (lots of cameras and high walls) suitable for the Frenchman.
Ramos’ crib is nearly double the size of Mbappe’s existing duplex in Paris. The house is also close to Real Madrid’s training facilities in Valdebebas.
During his Los Blancos days, Ramos built the magnificent house in Madrid’s lush La Moraleja area for $6.5 million. Now, back at his boyhood club, Sevilla, the former Real Madrid defender, is looking to book a 3x in profit! The Spaniard is also doing the deal directly with his former PSG teammate, handing off negotiations to his brother to work with Mbappe’s representatives.
At this point, Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid seems inevitable with the following unveiling dates proposed at the Santiago Bernabeu.
