is no longer an eligible bachelor. The Senegalese married his longtime girlfriend, Aisha Tamba, last week.

The wedding ceremony took place in Keur Massar, , just outside the bustling capital city of Dakar.

Mane, a role model beyond football

Mane lives a private and humble life despite his millions. The Al-Nassr star currently earns $43.3m a season (£830,000 per week) tax-free, easily topping his $21 million salary at Bayern Munich contract last season.

Two days ago, Mane extended his helping hand again by opening up a new mini stadium, State De Bambali, in his hometown. The venue is on top of the public hospital and secondary school he’s already funded in Bambali years past.

“Why would I want 10 Ferraris, 20 diamond watches, or two planes? What will these objects do for me and for the world?

“I was hungry, and I had to work in the field; I survived hard times, played football barefooted, I did not have an education and many other things, but today with what I win thanks to football, I can help my people,” he once said.

Humble Mane still carries around a cracked iPhone.

The timing for Mane’s wedding couldn’t be better. He’ll now head off to the Ivory Coast to help Senegal defend their title.
