Wayne Rooney
After making an illustrious hat-trick to start his Man United career against Fenerbahce in the Champions League 2004, Wayne Rooney went on to become United’s all-team leading scorer with 253 goals. He won 16 trophies at Old Trafford, including five Premiership titles, the FA Cup, and the Champions League title in 2008.
Paul Scholes
Paul Scholes played his entire career with Manchester United. In a 700-game Old Trafford career, the midfielder won a total of 25 trophies for the club, 11 of which were Premier League titles, 2 FA Cups, and 2 Champions League trophies. His 155 goals make him the 10th leading club scorer of all-time.
Gary Neville
Gary Neville played his entire 20-year career at Manchester United, turning out more than 600 matches. He captained the club for five years while helping the Red Devils win 8 Premiership titles, 3 FA Cups, 2 League Cups, and 2 Champions League titles.
David Beckham
Well-known as a reliable scorer who mastered the art of set pieces, the iconic David Beckham played eleven years at Manchester United and made over 400 appearances for the club. He played a crucial part in the side that won the Treble in 1999, ending his career at Old Trafford with 61 goals.
Rio Ferdinand
The dominant center-back played 12 years at Manchester United where he developed a reputation as one of the best ball-playing defenders in the world during his prime. He won the Premier League in his first year with the club in 2003, earning a total of six Premier League titles and a Champions League in 2008 to boot.
Michael Carrick
Michael Carrick played an instrumental role in the Manchester United side that won the Double in 2008, both a Champions League and Premier League trophy. A midfielder for 464 matches, he demonstrated excellent anticipation and creative vision to help the Red Devils achieve a total of five Premier League titles in addition to a Europa League victory in 2016.
Andy Cole
The English center-forward played for numerous teams in the 1990s including Arsenal and Newcastle but experienced the most success with the Manchester United side. He peaked in form as the replacement for a retiring Eric Cantona and then flourished in a partnership with Dwight Yorke in the 1998-99 season, helping the Red Devils to the historic Treble. By the end of his career, Cole took home a Champions League, five Premier League trophies, and two FA Cups.
Bryan Robson
The longest-serving captain in Manchester United’s history for six years, midfielder Bryan Robson led the team in winning the European Cup Winners’ Cup, three FA Cups, and the Premier League twice in the latter stages of his career.
Bobby Charlton
With 106 caps, the Manchester United striker /attacking midfielder played in four World Cups for England tallying 49 goals. He won the 1966 World Cup on home territory with England, before retiring from international duties after the 1970 World Cup.
Paul Ince
The industrious English midfielder played six years at Manchester United, scoring 29 goals in 281 games. During his tenure, the team won two Premier League titles, two FA Cups, a Football League Cup, and a European Cup Winners’ Cup amongst others.
Nicky Butt
The twelve-year Manchester United defensive midfielder played 387 games for the Red Devils, scoring 26 times. His honors include six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, four Community Shields, and a UEFA Champions League title and Intercontinental Cup in 1999.
