Jude Bellingham is officially a homeowner. We knew that. But the player lifts the lid on the house he eventually bought upon his Real Madrid signing last year.
In the debut episode of the Real Madrid star’s YouTube series, Out of the Floodlights, we glimpse Jude’s digs in the exclusive La Finca district.
“It’s extremely hot, he’s going to be sweltering,” Jude’s Mom, Denise, says upon entering her son’s new $6.7 million, 7,000-square-foot, six-bedroom home.
Episode One: ‘Casa Blanca’—A Glimpse Inside Jude’s La Finca Mansion
In the first episode, aptly named “Casa Blanca,” Bellingham tests out the mansion’s elevator. “I thought it would go ‘zoom,’” he chuckles. He takes viewers to the backyard, which includes a fire pit, pool, and panoramic views of the Lafinka Golf Club and mountain range. Cristiano Ronaldo and Toni Kroos own villas nearby.
Bellingham’s property also includes a gourmet kitchen, where Jude’s mom will prepare meals for the 21-year-old. Jude’s younger brother gibes at his older brother for being ‘useless.’ The episode also details Jobe’s transfer from Birmingham City to Sunderland. The 18-year-old could one day move in with his brother as his new Madrid roommate and teammate.
Needless to say, after touring the house, Jude was sold. “I don’t want to go in too early then see something better, but I don’t want to walk away and see ‘sold’. It is nice, really nice.”
The England star is out for a month nursing a muscular injury in his right leg, giving him ample time to rest in his new pad.
Like superstar Ronaldo, Bellingham is the latest footballer to share behind-the-scenes footage of his life on YouTube. Ronaldo gained 1 million subscribers in the first three hours of launching his account and has 61 million followers compared to Jude’s half a million.
“If it helps people to get to know me better, that’s great. If people are still unhappy then… [shrugs shoulders],” says Jude, giving fans a peek into his life.
Future episodes of Out of the Floodlights will feature Bellingham’s first season at Madrid, during which the 2024 Ballon d’Or candidate won La Liga and the Champions League.
