Coach ? If the buzz is to be believed, the 39-year-old legend could be gearing up for his next major football role as head coach.

After all, who can forget CR7’s full-on coach mode in the Euro 2016 final? Limping on the sidelines due to a hurt knee, he still helped coach and cheerlead that team to triumph.

Last week, his former Red Devils teammate Louis Saha tipped him to return one day to Old Trafford as a coach.

But it turns out the Portuguese forward may have some different plans, which he refuses to reveal.

“When I leave the national team, I won’t tell anyone in advance and it will be a very spontaneous decision on my part, but also a very well thought-out one,” Ronaldo told the Portuguese outlet NOW. Next month, he’ll join his teammates for the upcoming .

“Right now what I want is to be able to help the national team in their upcoming matches. We have the Nations League ahead of us and I would really like to play.”

“At the moment, I’m not thinking about being a coach of the first team or any team. It doesn’t even cross my mind, I’ve never thought about it. I don’t see my future going through that. I see myself doing other things outside of football, but only God knows what the future holds.”

Previously, Ronaldo expressed an interest in acting. After all, he just released a YouTube channel that’s garnered 50 million subscribers in just a few days. The massive surplus gives him nearly 1 billion followers across all of his social media channel. He’s already the most-followed person on Instagram with over 635 million followers.

The world’s biggest social media influencer could also buy a club. “In the future I would like to own a club, I don’t rule it out,” added the GOAT.
