The Super Eagles are flying again into this World Cup with another round of ace jerseys to add to the collection.
As if Nigeria‘s 2018 World Cup home jersey wasn’t cool enough — we also dig the 1994 one — the latest drop may be the country’s best shirt yet, even though the country didn’t qualify for this year’s tournament.
Nigeria 2022-23 home kit
Nigeria’s new home kit combines four colors: black, white, green spark, and pine green.
All colors synchronize to create the image of a hand-drawn eagle on the center of the shirt with the Nike swoosh and badge on the sides. A dark green color rounds out the back of the collar and trimmings.
It’s a riveting design — much better than USA and England — considering that Nigeria will sit out World Cup 2022. Tweeted one USMNT fan, “Nike must put 95% of their creative department on the Nigeria kits and the rest on the USMNT.”
Nigeria 2022-23 away kit
The Nike Nigeria 2022-23 away kit showcases a unique sketched pattern design over the shoulders on top of a predominantly white colorway.
A tinge of light green flanks the collar and cuffs, accompanied by the Swoosh and crest on the right and left chest, respectively.
Dark green shorts and socks complete the look.
We’re going to miss seeing these bold kits in World Cup action.
