There’s a BAPE x Inter Miami collaboration coming soon. The hip Japanese fashion label A Bathing Ape (BAPE) is collaborating with Ft. Lauderdale club Inter Miami to drop an exclusive collection of co-branded apparel on August 19.
BAPE x Inter Miami collaboration
The exciting BAPE x Inter Miami link-up is riding the wave of the club’s recent signing of the legendary Lionel Messi. The GOAT has already helped the Herons to three consecutive victories in the League Cup while scoring seven goals and providing one assist.
While there’s no indication the streetwear label is making a kit for the team — Adidas makes those — the co-branded effort is off-pitch apparel only.
Based on Inter Miami and Bape’s Instagram post, the potential design will infuse Miami’s classic pink Heron logo, laced with BAPE’s iconic camouflage print with the face of an ape.
The release is yet another example of blending the worlds of fashion and soccer and is sure to appeal to fans and trendsetters alike. Only David Beckham would know 😉
BAPE also owns a flagship store in downtown Miami.
