The Champions League is back this week, bringing us a new ball for the knockout stages. 

The new Champions League ball, dubbed “UCL Pro Ball London,” integrates the Premier League's lion figurehead. Cloaked in hues of orange and yellow, the pits two teeth teeth-bared lions. Their roars, palpable, lace through the Champions League stars, each filled with a motif: London 24, the UCL badge, and the Adidas Three Stripes.

The ball will get its first kicks tomorrow when FC Copenhagen hosts treble-winners Manchester City and Real Madrid head to . Per , the Lions also represent the courage and endurance required to win Europe's biggest trophy.     

The finals, of course, take place at London's iconic Wembley Stadium on June 1.
