EA Sports FC 24 early access release date and time

The one-week countdown for the official wide release of the highly anticipated EA Sports FC 24 begins. The official release date for EA Sports FC 24 is September 29. But for those who pre-ordered, you get up to seven days early access to EA FC 24. 

EA has already started teasing aspects of the forthcoming release, most notably player ratings. Here's the entire FC 24-player rating list. And the soundtrack. 

Early Access players get access as soon as tomorrow

For those eager ones who bought Ultimate Edition of the new game, you can start gaming as soon as midnight EST tonight. That is roughly seven days before the broader release, as promised by EA. 

You'll also get first dibs on the Nike x EA Sports FC Ultimate Team Kit, 4600 FC Points, a Team of the Week one-pack, and special access to loan player items.  

EA Sports FC 24 goes live on various gaming platforms, including PC, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Switch users will also get full access to the game minus the cross-play functionality and Hypermotion V.

EA Sports jettisons the FIFA moniker

Ending a 30-year collaboration that spanned countless gaming consoles, EA has cut ties with football's governing body, FIFA, making “FIFA 23” the franchise's final installment. Yet, this pivotal move to strip “FIFA 24” from the titling signals not an end but a new chapter in sports gaming.
