If you didn't get enough of Lucas Podolski's kebab story last week, here's one more. PSG star is suing a Marseille-based Kebab shop owner, Mohamed Henni, for using the superstar's name on one of his dishes.

The shop owner turned social media star shared a screenshot of the “cease and desist” letter with his 1.8 million Instagram followers about the potential lawsuit.

In his story, Henni pinpoints the kebab item on his menu, which ESPN further described as being made with “baker round bread, as round as Mbappé's skull.”

The letter signed and sent by Mbappe's lawyer, Delphine Verheyden, admonishes Henni to immediately remove references to Mbappe's name from the menu.

“Are you not ashamed?' Henni asks the star player in his Instagram story. “You have nothing else to do? Suing me for something so futile? It is incredible. I can't believe it!”

“I didn't think a player at this level had the time to think about me. He took time and money to attack me,” explained Henni in his Real Madrid kit, a club where superstar Mbappe is likely headed this summer. “I'm not hurting anyone, I do humor.”

Apparently, Mbappe isn't joking either and takes his commercial licenses seriously. The French superstar spearheads PSG's lead in Ligue 1 and single-handedly guided the Parisians to the quarter-finals of the Champions League with three against over two Round of 16 legs.

Let's hope Henni can put the Mbappe beef to bed. Good luck, Henni.
