Since becoming Chelsea's owner on May 31, 2022, Todd Boehly has spent a staggering $1.15 billion on 25 new . The American chairman has averaged nearly eight over three windows, spending a Premier League record $356.95m during the 2022/23 winter window. Let's review the complete 25-man list of Boehly's Chelsea signings, starting with the Blues' most expensive signings first.  

Chelsea's most expensive signings under Todd Boehly 

Moisés Caicedo ($145m)

Secured from Brighton in the summer of 2023, Moises Caicedo shattered Premier League records with his $145m move. This deal also eclipsed Chelsea's previous high for Argentine star Enzo Fernandez, set just 195 days earlier.

In his Chelsea debut, the Ecuadorian midfielder struggled. Subbed in with a 2-1 deficit against West Ham, he fouled Lucas Paqueta in the box, leading to a scored penalty that sealed Chelsea's loss.

Enzo FernĂĄndez ($135m)

A key player in Argentina's World Cup win, Enzo FernĂĄndez joined Chelsea from Benfica in 2023. Unfortunately, Enzo's arrival failed to spark the Blues second-half spell last season. So far, the midfielder has only won four Premier League in 21 appearances for the club. 

Wesley Fofana ($86m)

Injuries have set back Wesley Fofana's Chelsea career since signing from Leicester in the summer of 2022. The center-back has only played 15 Premier League games to date, 20 games total.   

Mykhailo Mudryk ($75m)

Mykhailo Mudryk nearly signed for London rivals Arsenal before Chelsea offered the winger higher fees. Despite an 8Âœ-year contract and flashes of individual brilliance, the player has struggled to make his mark at Chelsea. He's uber-fast fast though 😉 

Marc Cucurella ($70m)

Boehly paid handsomely for Brighton full-back Marc Cucurella in the summer of 2022. But the investment failed to pay off — the Spaniard looks set to depart Stamford Bridge during the 2023 summer transfer window. 

Romeo Lavia ($67m)

Chelsea acquired Romeo Lavia post-Southampton's relegation. The midfielder nearly went to Liverpool until, like Mudryk, Chelsea stepped in at the last minute to intercept the deal. Lavia is still awaiting his Blues debut.

Christopher Nkunku ($65m)

The quick-footed Christopher Nkunku's Chelsea debut is on hold due to surgery for a knee injury. But there's no doubt the player adds even more attacking depth to the Blues.  

“As you can imagine, I'm so disappointed not to be able to be with my teammates during the start of the season,” he said. 

“It's hard not to have been able to meet you guys at the Bridge. I will work hard to come back stronger It's only a matter of time.”

Raheem Sterling ($60m)

Raheem Sterling was Boehly's first signing at Chelsea. The winger has notched eight in 31 games for the Blues, making him a productive addition. Sterling opened the 23/24 campaign with a bang, notching a brace in three games. 

Cole Palmer ($49m)

The young talent Cole Palmer signed a seven-year contract on September 1, 2023. He joins former Manchester City standout Sterling in heading to West London.

Axel Disasi ($48m)

A recent Monaco transfer, Disasi scored in his Chelsea debut against Liverpool in a 1-1 draw. The French international has made four appearances for the national team.

BenoĂźt Badiashile ($41m)

Badiashile's career at Chelsea started on a high note, securing a 1-nil victory in his first match. However, lingering injury has stalled Badiashile's Chelsea involvement.

Koulibaly featured for Chelsea for one season and adopted John Terry's shirt before moving to Al Hilal the following season. 

Nicolas Jackson ($40m)

The Senegalese forward scored in a 3-0 victory over Luton Town. He's been one of the new standout recruits.

The winger has scored once (against Arsenal) in 13 Premier League appearances.

Malo Gusto ($32m)

The former Lyon defender has become a first-team regular at Chelsea, with his first start against Liverpool earlier this season.

Lesley Ugochukwu ($29m)

Ugochukwu has seen limited playing time since his move from Rennes.

Robert SĂĄnchez ($25m)

Spanish goalie Robert SĂĄnchez has become Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper.

Carney Chukwuemeka ($19m)

Chukwuemeka scored against West Ham in one of his initial Chelsea starts.

Deivid Washington ($17m)

The young Brazilian awaits his Chelsea debut.

Djordje Petrovic ($17m)

The Serbian goalie serves as backup to SĂĄnchez.

Ângelo Gabriel ($16m)

Currently loaned to Ligue 1 side Strasbourg, Ângelo Gabriel gains first-team experience.

Andrey Santos ($13m)

After joining Chelsea in the 22/23 winter transfer window, the Blues loaned Santos to Vasco da Gama before conducting a season-long loan with Nottingham Forest this season.  

David Datro Fofana ($13m)

20-year-old David Fofana is on loan at Union Berlin for the 2023-24 season.
