Gray, you say? The new Atletico Madrid 2024/25 away kit is actually ‘Ocean Blue.’
The away jersey by Nike pays tribute to Madrid’s Neptune Fountain, where Atletico fans often celebrate the team’s victories and crowning achievements. Atletico last won La Liga during the 2020-21 season, gathering at the Paseo de Prado fountain.
White and red trims seep throughout the kit, most notably on the collar, cuffs, and underarms, and most prominently on the Nike and Atletico badge. Interestingly, the Atletico logo loses its staple blue color, instead going for a more minimalist look.
The club sponsor, Riyadh Air, prints in all white.
The inside collar also features a Neptune trident graphic. Once again, fashion-forward Antoine Griezmann models the club’s new kits.
