23-year-old star striker Santiago Giménez could be Liverpool's first signing under new manager Arne Slot.

The Mexican forward excelled in another season at Feyenoord, scoring 26 and providing eight assists in 41 matches across competitions. He was pivotal in the Dutch club's second-place finish and KNVB Cup.

Gimenez finished third in the with 23 strikes. Additionally, he ranks 9th in the U-23 best goal conversion in Europe's top seven leagues (21.9%).

Will Gimenez follow Arne Slot to the Premier League this summer?

While transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has yet to leak any transfer links, the Liverpool faithful continue to speculate. Given the uncertainty surrounding Darwin Nunez's future at Liverpool, Giménez could be a like-for-like replacement for the disgruntled Uruguayan. The Mexican's current deal expires in June 2027.

Looking ahead, Santiago Giménez is set to shine for El Tri this summer in the highly anticipated Copa America. His performance in the US-based tournament could further fuel the transfer surrounding him. AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspur also closely follow the striker, valued at $48 million, to replace the outgoing and Richarlison, respectively.
